London usually doesn't get highs below 0 or above 33.

OAKLAND WSO AP, CALIFORNIA Period of Record General Climate Summary - Precipitation
I saw a few drops of rain today- sprinkles rather than real rain. Turned my windsheild wipers on low speed for a couple of minutes. It only amounted to a trace of precipitation. Does it actually count? If it does, now I can say that I have FINALLY seen water fall out of the sky in July. Monsoonal clouds made its way to the Bay Area today. We are expected to return to the typical Blue Domed clear skies tomorrow and I probably won't see another drop of water fall from the sky until late September or even October. I know a trace is probably not "real" precipitation but it's still very unusual for our area. Even clouds (other than the AM marine layer) are a rare sight for us in the heart of summer. I'd still like to see REAL rain in July sometime in my life...

41C is mostly the highest it could get on average.

3C is usually the lowest low.
