Option 1: You're at a baseball game. You have complete freedom of movement, you can talk to players and people in the audience to your heart's content, and you love the team. You even get to ride in the head coach's truck after the game. Only one problem: It's 28 F / -2 C outside, and windy due to an early spring cold wave. You're wearing a hoodie. You won't get hypothermia in this scenario.

Option 2: It's 70 F / 21 C and beautiful outside at the same game. You're okay with the team. You're in a suit with only a 12 ounce drink. You are confined to your seat for 3 hours and cannot talk to anyone for that time.

So, which do you prefer? Freezing and free, or comfortable and unfree?

Option 1. 21 C and sunny is somewhat hot not mild.

I'll take option 2. Option 1 is too cold to be at a baseball game under any circumstances especially in a hoodie.

Option 1, especially if I had access to plenty of alcohol for the game, since that would help keep me warmer. Moving around would be quite helpful, too. I've been outside in just a hoodie for an extended time in temperatures around 20F (-6.5C). I've also had to sit still in direct sunlight wearing heavy clothes, and I find the latter less pleasant. The sunlight is what makes it most uncomfortable. I'd rather sit outside in a full suit in cloudy 80 degree weather than sunny 70 degree temperatures.

Option 1 sounds more fun and physically comfortable.

Option 2 obviously 21 is nowhere near "hot" to me in fact given our recent weather it's quite cool.

Option 1 is frigid cold, and would see me wearing gloves, hat and scarf at the least if outside for more than 20 minutes.

2 would be more physically comfortable, but I'd take 1 for the chance to talk to the players and coach.

1. 2 would be awful. I find suits uncomfortable, and having to sit down and not talk to anyone at a baseball game for 3 hours sounds bad. I'd even take hypothermia over that.

I've actually experienced option 1. Aside from the cold, I had a really good time.

Why would you be wearing a hoodie at -2c?
Anyway, I choose option 1.
