I hate Rome summer, but I don't hate other types of summer (for example, the alpine summer or the scandinavian summer). What I hate the most is hot weather and sun.

No. Starting to get tired of it, though. This extended period of 23-25C days with high humidity has made me realize that i dont like heat as much as i thought...

We get average highs around 20C and sunshine only about two-fifths of the time here in our summer, so torridly hot weather like the kind other posters are talking about is a novelty which doesn't usually happen for long enough to worry about. This month has been warm and is going to come in around 24/13, which is fine. Much warmer though, and I'd be pining for some cold November rain and gloomy afternoons with the streetlights on at 3pm by now.

Yes, actually your right about that. It's just that when September rolls around, I know it won't be much longer....

However, what I said? Obviously I do. I just can't stand hot weather, and being under direct sunshine makes heat much worse.

If its sunny and above 85 F: Yes

If its Overcast and below 85 F: No

If its like July 2011: Yes

If its like August 2013: No

Here, summers can go either way:

No,

Since it is mostly a scandinavian type of summer we get here with highs usually in the 21-25°C (70s F) range with comfortable nights about 11-15°C (50s F) for some relief.

The only things i don't like about summer are heatwaves over 30°C lasting three days or more, or muggy days with temperatures in the late 20s (C) but with dewpoints of 18-20°C.

However summer weather until Mid/late August is long enough to me, in September the weather should have an autumnish shape.
