Southern California immediate coast is pretty much close to 70 F year round for highs. Northern California immediate coast is pretty much close to 60 F year round with the exception of fall heat waves. That's only the immediate coast though, go 5 miles inland, the summer temps are 10 degrees warmer in summer, go 30 miles inland, and temperatures are 25 degrees warmer in summer.

Honolulu, Hawaii has highs in the low 80s year round if you prefer warm (but not hot) over mild.
