i was debating a B- or a C+ but i'll go with a C+ because of the lopsided sunshine hours. Winter must be miserably cloudy. accidentally picked B though for the poll...

not for a climate with continental influence. Columbia, SC has a record high of 29°C for January, and similar to Rasht's record low of -19°C, Columbia's record low is also -19°C.

C for me. Too cloudy in winter and too much humidity in the summer and too much rain. Temps aren't terrible and it should be very green with that much rain.

I agree the winter record highs are awful, i suppose this city probably gets föhn winds quite often from the Mountains south of it. I wonder how often it gets snow, i guess not more than 1-2 times per year.
Summer is also too warm and too humid (since its near the Caspian Sea). Quite rainy city also.
I would say C-/D+ (without these crazy winter record highs it would C/C-).
