Looks like Stockholm got snow this morning, albeit only a dusting. More significant accumulations further south around Vimmerby.

22 F/-6 C with a wind chill of 14 F/-10 C at 9:30AM. Coldest low of the season recorded this morning (11 F/-12 C). However that was in between hourly observations, so wunderground will record it as 12 F.

Forecast high of 32 F/0 C. November averages 0.4 "ice days". One this month and two days that reached only 32 F/0 C.

It's 31F (-0.5C), but it feels nice, and isn't cold at all. Maybe it's the strong sunshine and lack of wind, or maybe I've acclimated ().

Earth has its Warmest November in Recorded History - Jeff Masters

"Departure of temperature from average for November 2013, the warmest November for the globe since record keeping began in 1880. Most of the world's land areas experienced warmer-than-average monthly temperatures, including much of Eurasia, coastal Africa, Central America, and central South America. Much of southern Russia, north west Kazakhstan, south India, and southern Madagascar were record warm. Meanwhile, northern Australia, parts of North America, and southwest Greenland were cooler than average."

November 2013 Global Weather Extremes Summary - Christopher Burt

"Of course, the most significant extreme weather event globally during the month of November was Super Typhoon Haiyan, the Philippines deadliest natural disaster on record and one of the most powerful tropical storms to make landfall in modern history. Other significant events were the tornado outbreak in the U.S. Midwest, exceptional rainfall and flooding in Sardinia, Cuba, and Vietnam, a deadly tropical storm in Somalia, and unusually high temperatures in portions of Alaska, Russia, and Europe."

It's suppose to be 78F for a high today in Atlanta,Ga. And by Monday night it will be 28F I don't remember a year ever in the southeast that we have had wild swings in temps and it's been like this since Early Nov. Sure we have had warm winters before but it was at least the same temps week in and week out, and not this 2 days in the 80's then rain/front comes through and we are in the 20's the next day. Although the long term forecast calls for some moderation in the next 10 days it will be at least normal temps!
