Flooding and Tornados are any season weather. The Tornado peak season is May for the Spring and September for the Fall. It's when the Strong Polar & Sub Jets collide and fight each other for position. Speed of the Jets matter too when strong mid and upper levels winds aggressively rotate and spin up a storm which can produce a tornado.

Yes. Most waterspouts here happen in September, then August with October being a distant 3rd runner up.

Current morning temps. Freezes across Wisconsin and frosty air across Minnesota. All headed Eastbound. Very Warm East coast still. Normal lows are in the 50s

Cold front just off shore and around Boston with a 1024mb Canadien high pressure pushing down. Front made it down south again. Interesting pattern indeed.

Here's a look at the Pacific Satellite... Lots of Pacific energy! and an obvious El Nino type Sub Jet in play.
No, dont worry, no snowstorms are not in the forecast yet but with systems already showing up in the Gulf of Alaska and off the West Coast we have to think that we might be busy with these winter weather flights again.
