A week from tomorrow, I will be going to Paris and Rome. I want to find a site with the most accurate forecast. I have heard that accuweather is unreliable and was also thinking the sites that might be more accurate in the US may not be as accurate in Europe. Thanks for the help!
I recommend rp5.co.uk/Weather_in_the_world. The forecasts are quite accurate. And they have a great variety of services like "Weather archive", "Weather statistics", "Weather diary" which are useful when planning trips anywhere. For example, rp5.co.uk/Weather_archive_in_Madrid,_Barajas_(airport).

I travel a lot for work and when I need to learn average or extreme values of temperature, precipitation, wind speed, wind gust or snowfall within one month, one year or a longer period, I use Weather statistics at www.rp5.co.ua. For example, http://rp5.ru/Weather_archive_in_London,_Heathrow_(airport).Weather statistics button is next to the Weather archive. I really appreciate one thing in this website. I can easily find what I need. There are not a lot of different services on one page. But they lack graphics.
In order to find statistics for a town or village, type the location in the search box, and then you will see the weather forecast. Click the link “Weather archive at the weather station” (above the table with weather forecasts) and press the button “Weather Statistics” (opposite the button“Weather archive”).Then select the period you are interested in (day, month, and year). You can also choose “only month” or “only date”. Then press “calculate”.The letters above the table mean weather parameters. For example, “T” for temperature, “P” for pressure, “U” for humidity, “RRR” for precipitation, “FF” for wind speed, “FF10/FF3” for wind gust, “SSS” for snow cover, etc. By clicking the buttons next to the letters, you get statistics for each parameter.
When I need actual weather information I use weather archive. And there are a lot of weather stations too.
I also use mainly weatheronline or more explicitly the german counterpart "wetteronline.de" for forecasts. Its forecasts are more accurate compared to other german weathersites as "wetter.com" or "wetter24.de".
