According to the data I am looking at, the avg temp. of 68F ranges from May 3 thru October 3. Look at that... Today is October 3rd!! hahaha

Here is our 68°F+ temp readings by month...

April = 6 of 30 days
May = 24 of 31 days
June = 30 of 30 days
July = 31 of 31 days
Aug = 31 of 31 days
Sept = 28 of 30 days
Oct = 3 of 3 days so far
---------------------------------
Totals = 153 of 186 days of 68F or more since April 1.

Temperature outside is already 67F right now and supposed to get into low 70s so that's pretty much a lock. My guess is at least half of the month will see 68F or more.

Spring: 14 days
June: 26/30
July: 31/31
August 25/31
September 22/30
October 5/21 so far

123 days above 68F/20C
32 days above 77F/25C

That's most likely it for the year. November is quite rare for 20C to be reached, so 123 days for this year it is.

Average is 100-110 days. Might get another 20c day late in the month, currently it says 18c for the 30th Oct.
