Lono has a humid subtropical climate (Cwa). It is located on Poseidon, at a latitude of 13N. Poseidon has an insanely large polar high, and cold air masses can make it down to the equator. Temperatures in the mid 40's have been recorded at the equator, and freezing temperatures have been recorded at 7N. Winters here are very dry and mild. When the hot, tropical flow takes over, everything changes. The heat is intensified because Lono is located quite far from the coast. Dewpoints can soar into the 90's F.

Way too hot in summer, but nice winters (although too dry). It reminds me of a wetter version of Palm Springs. D

D- and not an F because it's still "livable." Winters are too mild and way too dry but comfortable. Summers are way too hot and humid but still livable with AC. It's still not nearly as bad as my fictional climate of Bakensteam.

You've experienced dew points in the 90s? Those summers are lethal.

F+, good winters for its latitude, but overall too warm and summers are too hot. Would be interested in seeing some higher latitude climates on this planet.

It's just that continent that gets very cold winters for the latitude. That's due to the sheer size and this planet is colder than Earth anyway. At 22N and a low elevation, I have a climate that has a 33F January low.
