A, Neagly perfect except it needs to be 2 degrees warmer in June and August.

C: a bit too extreme in both winter and summer, but it's not as bad as many other climates. It's pretty moderate in comparison.

B: Pretty good, if it was colder in winter and a touch warmer in summer it would be A material.

La Crosse, Wisconsin a bit to the west would be good for you

Good climate my only beef with it is the record highs are too high. That's why I like such cold climates, I want the same variation as North America but the record highs in winter to be 35-40 F. (2-4 C)

Summers are suprisingly cooler than I would expect at that latitude.
