Richmond has more snowy days, the London figure includes sleet (only 3-4 of those days are snow), whereas Richmond's are where snow has settled.

Yea but its extremely farther south and so it will have more sunshine etc so less snow and that is why I choose London. It also has warm March weather.

March isn't winter, and Richmond has more snow (it averages 27cm annually, London averages about 5cm).
