Actual high was 31F. Low will be 10F.

Final report: 17" of snow, some nearby rural areas have up to 30".

There are several downed trees in some of the suburbs, and a few power outages.

School opened one hour later today.

Tomorrow will be a little warmer, despite another inch or two of snow on Sept. 11. Temps are below average for the region; so far, 61 consecutive hours below freezing.
