Bariloche. Ushuaia has better winters, but it's too cool in summer and too cloudy as well. I, however, anyway don't want to live in Southern Hemisphere because New Year (in my country it's more important holiday than Christmas) for me is associated with snow.
Auckland, I could live there.
Canberra is not bad either.
Capetown, South Africa has a nice climate.
Valparaiso, Chile, is very mild.
Mar Del Plata, Argentina is my top 5
Nelson, New Zeland

San MartÃn de los Andes/Bariloche (great climate and dream scenery and very sunny)
San Martin de los Andes is similar to Bariloche but i like the city better. Bariloche has also great climate, specially the sunshine hours.
The landscape in San Martin de los Andes is spectacular.
