an norwegian oil-plattform in the middle of the north-sea. cant find any normals, but there is a good amount of both historical and present climate data for this place.

I would think 50 days of snowfalling at sea would be classified as winter.

E... relentless cool boringness. That said, it seems to get about 8-10 thunderstorm days a year, not bad for in the middle of a cold Ocean.
