Mount Seaview Summit is a isolated small 'town' located on the top of Mount Seaview, at an elevation of 2,484m and latitude of 40N. It receives 417 inches of snow annually. Sunshine hours is 1,660. Snow is possible year round but July snow is rare. Annual average temp is around 35F/2C. Snow usually melts of by mid-May. It has a population of 1,111, but it is increasing as more cold lovers move from the lowland cities.
As for my rating, I rate it a B. Winter cold is just sick in general. Though I like how snow days lessen May-Sep, even though snow is still regular expect Jul.
Nights outside of summer are way too cold, could use a little more sunshine. Good snowfall, close to acceptably dry summer (June and August could be a little drier). E-. I'd probably like something a bit less elevated on the leeward side of the summit.
The winters are too cold, the summers are too short with a too big diurnal range. It's too gloomy in winter and too dry in summer. D
