South Park is a small town located in Colorado near Fairplay. It is at 9200ft elevation and features a cold alpine climate with most of the precipitation falling as snow. Thunderstorms can occur, usually between April and August. Winter is very cold, while summers are pleasant during the day but still quite chilly by night. Unfortunately sunshine data is not available although the average sunshine at Denver, 110km to the east, averages 3106 hours annually. The highest point within the town is Phil Collins Hill, elevation 9436ft.
To be honest, I think I've done what I so often do - rate a place almost immediately without giving it much consideration, and then regretting my choice later. I'm not sure. It's an odd climate. I'd give it no lower than a B at least.
I should point out that this is not the actual data for the real South Park, but rather a fictional version for the home of Cartman, Kenny, Kyle and Stan based on two nearby towns at similar elevations.
