Tulsa :

Sacramento :

I prefer Tulsa climate because this climate have four varied seasons with many type of weather and the summer are more varied with handsome thunderstorms.

Sacramento. Much nicer summer lows, better (less) rainfall, no snow, warmer winters. It's a B vs. a D for me.

Tulsa. I prefer interest over comfort, since interest IS comfort for a weather geek like me.

Tough one, but I chose Tulsa. It's more interesting, has warmer summers, and snow is more likely to happen despite its winters being only slightly cooler than Sacramento's.

Sacramento

90F in Sacramento feels a lot better than 90F does in Tulsa

Besides, you can easily grow CIDPs in Sacramento,
Tulsa is borderline for even Windmill palms.

Tulsa. I'd prefer a more interesting climate. Sacramento's summers would get a bit boring, with all that sunshine and no rain.

Tulsa barely wins. Sacramento's summers are not very exciting, but its winters are far superior.
