Halton is located on the windward side of a mountain range (the black mountains) on a peninsular around the same latitude as Hawaii. The bustling metropolis as a Tropical rainforest climate, wet year round especially the last 6 months of the year. Tropical clones isn't rare in the area, the city gets effected by up to 3 each season.
Yuck, F. Only interesting aspect of this climate is the rainfall and I'm assuming there's tons of thunderstorms (possibly 100-110 days a year with t-storms)
