Hello, what about my hometown in Italy?
Summers are warm but not too hot, spring and fall are mild, winters not too cool. Snowfall is low but actually not rare, and rainfall is quite low. Do you like this climate?

Somewhat contradictory conditions, but perhaps Denver can fit the bill, or perhaps Pittsburgh..

To the OP, please define the follow terms:
- not too hot // What is your definition of "too hot."
- not too cold // What is your definition of "too cold."
- relatively sunny // Relative to what? ie. What is your threshold?
- snow // How much?

Try an island on the East Coast. Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, and some places on Long Island have winters around freezing, and summers in the 70s and low 80s, much more pleasant then the disgusting 90+ temps with 70+ dewpoints commonly found on the mainland.

Mountains of western North Carolina. (Highlands, Cashiers, Boone, etc.) Just adjust your elevation up or down depending on the exact temp levels you like.

If you want Australia:

Lithgow NSW: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lithgo..._Wales#Climate

Cooma NSW: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cooma,..._Wales#Climate

Ballarat VIC: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ballarat#Climate

Orange NSW: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orange..._Wales#Climate

Canberra ACT: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canberra#Climate

A couple of these cities get around 2-5 days of snow, although some years may miss out. They are also 'relatively' sunny, say, to your East Coast and Midwest.
