Portland, Tennessee Travel Weather Averages (Weatherbase)

I give it a borderline D/C, one of the better climates in the south, but still way too warm much of the year.

Straight A. Tennessee climates are the best. 4 seasons without extremes.

I say it's a C/B climate it's livable but much cooler than what I prefer.

It's not bad: C+/B-.

A few things I don't quite like:
- summers are too hot
- the snow tally is disappointingly low
- the average highs in April, May and June are too high (and this is by far the biggest drawback).

Very similar to here as far as average temperatures go, but it's wetter with less snow.

I give it a C+, there are better climates in Tennessee, like Memphis.

B. Nice, but the snow in winter is not that great.
