Low was -1.1°C (30°F) @ 03:23 at my station, but my city had again large difference.
Official weather station located on the shore had just a low of 0.4°C (33°F) (due to the slight north western wind coming from the 7°C (45°F) warm water) but a private station in the north eastern suburbs had a reading of -4.4°C (24°F) (sheltered and located in a sink).
So that's a 4.8 degree C (almost 9°F) difference and both stations are only about 10 km (6 miles apart).
But if the wind comes from the sea, such differences are quite common here especially in late autumn and early winter.
