Feels like mid-winter, extremely cold outside with 5 layers on. It must have rained extremely hard this morning because the entire road into town was under water, and all the drains blocked. The pavements were like rivers.

Yes I see the monthly rain total is up to a whopping 180.8mm! No wonder.
