Its actually freezing outside. I would not be surprised if its snowing on the higher hills.

5.8C and heavy rain at 12:44PM.

Went outside for 5 minutes and got wet. All that can be said is these conditions are not suitable for human habitation.

Yes but i'm saying if it was 22c it would feel really really warm.
