Beats Torshavn. But not by much and it's a good 400 miles south.
Marine Climates that border on the subarctic are about as gloomy as it gets. I would be very unhappy living here. D/F

Ok, no there isn't. I've never camped in Massachusetts in July. I mostly have camped in more northern or mountainous locations in the summer. I'm used to have a fleece handy while camping.

Those west coast places I mentioned were mostly on the dry side.

I give it a B - at least here you have a chance of a decent Winter unlike where I live which is usually mild and wet.
