Well, we just finished day two of our "warm up". Actually, it is much warmer then it has been recently, but.....
We hit a whopping 36 yesterday, but windchills kept it much lower. The avg. is 38 and the record was 77 in 1905. Right now it's 26 with a windchill of 17.
We are supposed to have a couple nice days heading our direction and then~you're not gonna believe it~another cold spell. [/quote]
sounds identical to melbourne's "summer" patterns.

Just a half day's drive west of here~Rapid City hit something like 67 and Pine Ridge was well into the 70s. Why do I always get stuck with the cold?
Now that I already posted the 10 thousandth post on this thread, I have no milestone to look forward to! =(
Duluth, MN
22°F
Current: Cloudy
Wind: E at 0 mph
Humidity: 70%
This would seem super cold to many people, but it's not all too horribly bad. After we here in Duluth have been through the worst (January), anything February throws at us doesn't seem too bad. Also, the wind at 0 mph really helps a lot. If it's windy, it can feel a LOT colder than it actually is.
It's 26 degrees with a windchill of 18~must be the low dewpoint cause it's not really windy. We're heading for 40 degrees today which will finally be closer to our average.
Acrylic, I know exactly what you're saying. After coming out of some cold spells, even zero with no windchill can feel good.
Rumor is its going to hit 70F today in Northern OK, up from 35 on Monday.
