I never feel dry after a shower, most days are not clear enough to see the Santa monica mountains, century city, or palos verdes.

Just checked the weather and it's 66 but feels like 70 with 98% humidity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is that? It's disgusting. Just came home seeing my grandparents in upstate new York and was looking forward to dryer weather but it worse here!! :O

This is the one time I'm glad that I live on the coast because I don't want 98* with thunderstorms. That must be hell. You're prolly used to it in Florida and Houston but I've never experienced this in my life.
what are you talking about? What is that?

Currently in DFW it's 66 degrees. Forecasts for the rest of the week and into Tuesday of next week are only in the mid 80s! Whoot!

In central Texas (my area), it's:

68 degrees
88% humidity
64 dew point

A north/east wind is blowing and it is actually cool outside even with the humidity and not so great d.p. The wind is helping for sure. In August, a rarity, and I hope it lasts. I opened my doors and windows even if it's only for a little while. I need fresh air. Yippee!!

Wrathetbug says it's 70* with a 69* dewpoint and 99% humidity. I have double panes sound proof windows because of lax nearby and the thunder is still really loud. There's tons of lightning though. Like something you would find in Florida!!!!!!!
lol scared! I've been lucky/unlucky enough to have lightning strike the roof (a seemingly sunny day, then a deafening crack) and during the early morning about 100m away (blinding....a strange noise followed by a crack and a deep boom with extreme percussive force!) In other words, it rattled the windows and shook the ground. I had to block my ears!

Short-lived is right. The windows and doors are now closed because of the humidity. Grrrr!!

A gorgeous 79 degrees today in Chicagoland. Sunny, low humidity, puffy clouds again.

Same for tomorrow, but 83 degrees.

Same for Sunday as well, but 85 degrees.

A spectacular low of 52F with a current temperature of 71F. You have to like August weather in northern New England!

It's a beautiful 68 degrees here right now and our predicted high for the day is only 78. We hit 85 yesterday and our average has now dropped to 85. Our morning lows are now high 50s or very low 60s. We are supposed to be below average for the next few days.

Anyway wanna trade 10 degrees of warmth for some coolness????

89 feels like 98. I think they are lying on this one. Must be at least 108.
Humidity: 60% Pressure: 30.08 in. Dew Point: 74°FAnd the humidity is more than 60%. It's raining frogs at the moment.
