A "pleasant" 26? Sorry, I know that you really do like the cooler weather, but it just seemed funny this morning.

It's actually very decent here this morning. It's raining and is 45/windchill 42.

ILNC, I wish we could shrink up that huge population down there cause I think I'd enjoy living there~at least the weather part.

I know something that might work;

either outlaw, or severely restrict the use of A/C;
make it as hard to get, to use and abuse as alcohol,
or as regulated as a driver's licence, complete with patrols and fines.

*and I'm not serious about trying to make this happen,
just a silly, fun, but perhaps practical idea floating around my head.

Drool...
(flawless, zero chance of cold or heat stress for me with those kind of conditions)

I know what can make it better...
Imagine you're in Toronto and I'll imagine I'm in south Florida.

Today's forecast:
-high of 50 F (10 C)
-low of 45 F (7 C)
-zero hours (perhaps minutes too) of sunlight
-mix of dry conditions, light mists and light rains.
*Basically, stereotypical English winter weather.

It was 84° a bit ago but has fallen to 83° as the sun is dropping toward the horizon. One more day and then some cooler air. I'm so ready for some rain too.
