True.

Also, it is great walking weather. I have a 2 mile walk home each night and the temperature is probably about 14-18C at 6.30-7.30pm (with a very refreshing breeze) so it is just nice.

Outside, I'd say 60F is perfect. Inside, it would be chilly.

Isn't that strange?

It's the average July temperature here so, normal for the Summer.

Mild for the rest of the year but it does happen in the Winter sometimes.

It depends on the weather but it really is unacceptable as an indoor temperature therefore also unacceptable as an outdoor temperature in most scenarii.

So anyway, if it was very humid (like 100%) and sunny with no wind, it is borderline acceptable without a coat.

Would you even believe it, we in Buxton have not even reached 15°C this May AT ALL, so far? That's how cold it is. I've had to wear at least a coat and hat every time I went outside, and it's felt cold as winter most of the time. We truly got the short end of the climate stick in this unholy dump.

60F is generally warm, though it depends on other factors like sun, humidity, and wind. 60F with an onshore flow can feel quite cool, while 60F with no wind and blazing sun feels rather warm.
