I'm pretty sure that Needles and Death Valley see more 80°F+ lows than anywhere in Florida

Never, thank God, and we only have 1-2 nights a year where it is above 60°F let alone 80, which is ideal.

Key West is actually comparable. At least in certain years. Even Miami is nowhere close. In fact, KMIA and KDAL (Dallas if not obvious) are about identical in # of lows 80 or above.

KPDK hasn't recorded one in its history. Even KATL has only recorded it 5 times ever. Last time in 07. Not sure about downtown Atlanta but I know it's very very rare

Out west can't even compare to our nasty lows in the summer. Our dew points of 77 to 84f would make out west blush everytime my man. Not even on the same planet as we are much worse off. You try walking outside at 6 am with a low of 84 and dews over 80f and have the air sucked out of ya and get a slap in the face. I am 300ft from the gulf and my lows are much higher than anyplace inland a few miles.

Thankfully never in my 20 years living in the Toronto area.

It came close twice in the past decade:

July 21, 2011 (min 26.0C / 78.8F, max 37.9C / 102.0F)
August 12, 2016 (min 25.0C / 77.0F, max 35.9C / 96.6F)

It was either July 24th or 25th in 2018, it was literally 100°F here at 3am, I remember it because it was that notable. I think it only dropped to 93°F or 94°F all said and done that morning. So we have you beat lolz
