Um, NJ is not subarctic. I think Both Foliage Park and Tianjin are pure Humid Continental climates (Dfa). However, as per Koppen, its also not continental. NJ is classified as "subtropical" for some odd reason although our winters and summers are a lot more like Chicago or Boston than Atlanta or Dallas. Wonder why .

I know... I was just kidding That being said, both of these climates are much too cold for me in winter for it to really matter. Any place that gets regular snowfall or freezing temps in winter is totally unacceptable to me.
