Pure comedy gold. At least he's finally admitted that he makes his 'statistics' up now

A "warm" winter may be found in Los Angeles, and Phoenix.... In Miami "very warm".

I would say so too, though LA or Phoenix winters are mild.

I said 45 F / 7 C before. That certainly feels very warm after about a week in winter where the temperature doesn't go above freezing, which is what we experienced this past February. At that point, I'd even say 37 F / 3 C is warm by any measure.

I'm guessing the average of 7c near Owen's house is made up from many days of 0-4c and then the occasional heat spike from a bomb going off?

4c is bitterly cold.

I'd consider anything above 50°F, but when it's 60°F+, then it doesn't feel like a real winter anymore

Normal winter highs are mid 40's°F and lows 20's°F

Low temps 50f+
Early winter High temps 60+
Late winter high temps 70f+

Temps under 50f need some type of coat
