So, with all the C vs. F threads, I want to give Lord Kelvin a little respect here .

Which condition feels more comfortable for you. 35 F with sunshine without wind or 284 K and overcast with wind and drizzle.

I like wet, cool, and overcast. So 284 K is perfect for me.

284k is more comfortable. The temperatures are mild and there's no need to layer, although you might want a rain jacket. I don't like it when it hovers just above freezing, sunshine or no sunshine.

They're both pretty okay as far as cool/chilly weather goes, but I think I might go for the 35°F option simply for the sun and lack of wind. I wouldn't mind light or moderate wind at 284°K, but anything more than that would be uncomfortable at that temperature and I would prefer it be sunny and calm even if it was a bit colder.

35 f with a jacket and gloves feels better in the sun; good for walking at a brisk pace. If you HAD to be out in shorts and a tee for a long time, 284k with wind and light rain would probably be less of a threat of hypothermia cuz of the higher ambient temperature.

No way I would wear shorts under either condition. T shirts (or tank tops of you are a girl) with jeans are a possibility when it's 284 K, but only if its sunny without wind.
