Summers are very similar to those of Kuwait City (which, being a concrete jungle, is significantly hotter than the outlying desert particularly at night). F of course. I've lived in Kuwait City in the summer and it's just something you don't ever want to do.

C-. Summer is way too hot, but the cooler half of the year is very nice. I suspect this would be much less humid than Kuwait City, etc. as it's a long way inland whereas KC is right on the Persian Gulf. So it's probably not nearly as bad as those climates and probably more akin to Phoenix in the summer.
