The hottest month in recording history in my city was August 2010, with average temperature 26.1C, average high 32.8C and average low 19.0C, the highest temperature 39.8C (record high for my city) and the lowest temperature 10.8C
The coldest month on record was February (I dunno the year) with average temperature -16.6C.
Also, the hottest month I experienced was August 2010 and the coldest was February 2012, with mean temperature -9.9C, average low -14.2C and average high -6.8C, the highest temperature 2.2C and the lowest temperature -26.6C.
