I'm not much for being outdoors often because I don't ski or anything like that but winter is not a problem.
The current winter, last winter and the winter before were great for me, negative degrees outside can make a woman in the midst of menopause and hot flashes appreciate the outdoors A LOT.

What I dislike the most about winter is the short lenth of days. I such I duslike more november (in autumn) than February (in winter). I still prefer spring and summer over winter and autumn.

I notice you are in one of the higher latitudes areas(Seattle is around the same latitude as where you live). For that reason, the very short days would not be surprising.
Yes, very much so. I absolutely despise any kind of cold. And this winter is one of the worst I've experienced.
Snowstorms are the only thing I like about winter, but I hate when the snow sticks around for longer than a day or two, which is usually the case. No one likes brown/black slush.
I love it, and am moving to the midwest where there's REAL winters! My aunt moved from Florida to Nebraska, where it can go from 40s to below 0 in just a few hours, and she loves it. Says all you need is a good coat and such and it's easier to adapt than heat. She's lived her whole life in tropical weather, nothing colder than 40s and 30s btw. She wasn't as big a fan of cold but loves it now.
Of course I love stormy kind of weather in general, whether it's a summer thunderstorm or a blizzard. Sunshine obviously is great, but I like some cold and some rain/snow to break up the mundanity.
So yes, I love winter, provided it's cold, and if there's snow, even better!
getting sick of it...though the supposedly cold NY winter this year is still nicer by far than any Chicago winter I ever experienced. I generally don't like highs under 45.
The other damn pathetic thing about winter is how it's dark like ALL THE TIME with barely 5-6 hours of daylight and even then looks gloomy as fark due to the endless thick heavy clouds and rain. So pathetically miserable and useless.
