Tampa... Better beaches and warmer record lows than Corpus. I would give Tampa a B+ rating and Corpus a B rating.

Not too fond of either climate, the edge goes to Corpus Christi for having slightly more changeable weather.

Not only has Corpus recorded several snowfalls, but also ice storms which I'm sure Tampa has never seen. Significant Corpus Christi Ice Storms

Tampa has seen snow before. Anyway, Tampa for more funderstorms, higher sunshine hours, and extremely comfy winters (outside of the cold snaps which add an element of interest).
