Sacatoo is more continental with cold winters and somewhat warm summers. Record highs are high though the highest temperature during a given year are only 32c. Winters are cold, snowy and windy temperatures are generally stable throughout the year. Lowest temperature during a given year are normally around -26c.

Sacatoo is in the rainshadow of the Kodia mountains (8,000ft)

Kodia ville is Oceanic, slushy winters (precipitation type hard to predict) and cool breezy summers.

Sacatoo has winters too cold for my tastes and Kodia has very anemic summers. I'd probably pick Kodia just because it's winters are still cold enough for some snow, yet the temperatures remain comfortable for outdoor activities (if wearing a light jacket) year round.

Kodia ville is disgusting it gets hardly any days above 21c and when it does it feels cooler because of the breeze and dispite its high snowfall its horribly slushy after only a couple of hours.
