B-, bordering on a C+. It's too continental and sunny. If it was more oceanic and cloudy like Valdez, I'd rate it a A-.

Spring and fall are too short, Winter is too long but looking at the records there are too many thaws and not enough cold waves. Not enough snow either, especially given the precipitation amounts. It must get rain mixed in. B.

That's why I said it's a subarctic climate with a taste of summer.

I give this climate a D, winters are too long and there is not enough rain or snow spread out through the year.
