Koeppen knew what he was talking about with regards to climatology. I personally wouldn't dispute any of his classifications.

Miami should be humid subtropical.

Incidentally, New York should be humid continental.

BERMUDA.

Actually, it's when people staunchly defend its Cfa classification that gets under my skin. It's 17.7C in its coldest month, which rounds to 18C. And that's normals from 1950-2000.

Bermuda is not Tropical, way too chilly in the winter.

What other tropical climates see an average high below 72 for 6 months of the year?

Not sure about Sao Paulo... the other day when England played Uruguay at the world cup, it was 13C and raining at 1pm in the afternoon there...
