what does that mean?

is it from scale of 1-10?

Anyways I prefer Los Angeles, hotter year round (it was around 86 throught the region today, and expected to be upper 80s all week, with next week upper 70s low 80s, beautiful), warmer winters, hotter summers, etc.

Agreed! We've had the best "winter" so far, 70s and 80s. Love it!
