Hottest weather I have experienced wearing jeans was somewhere between 110-113f. I was working construction one summer and it got to that range for a few weeks and I had no choice but to stay outside.

I dont find jeans to be any warmer than any other type of pants. I seldom wear shorts, in fact, as my legs get sunburned easily.

Outside during the day, probably somewhere around 60 degrees. I prefer shorts at around 60 F or higher outside.

Everybody around here breaks out the jeans & long sleeves once it hits below 90. It's really the only time you can wear them comfortably. Even in the winter, we wear shorts because it's often 90ish. So 85 seems cool.

90 F in NYC. I had to wear dress pants while going to meet somebody. It was horrific.

I have worn jeans in 95 F while living in India since shorts are inappropriate in many places.

Jeans have been my choice since I was a little kid, and weather isn't a determining factor. I was born and raised in Texas, and 100 degrees can sometimes be a spring day. I might wear shorts sitting around on the porch, but working, or going places, blue jeans are my apparel of choice.
