I wear jeans normally in 90+ weather here in the summer all the time, it is not pleasant at all.

I cannot tolerate the heat, I live on the far northern California coast where the average temperature is around 58º and for me anything above 50º is short pants weather and when it gets above 70º and I have to wear long pants for a reason, I overheat or have to wear light slacks and a light shirt. I can wear shorts as low as down to 45º with no problem and if it is sunny, even lower. I wear jean shorts for the durability, I am a gardener, and blue jean over alls if I have to use a weedeater. I have worn jeans up into the 90's but only in air conditioned areas.

About 30C, because of not being allowed shorts at work, horrible. Black trousers even worse- get uncomfortable above 20C in them. Anything above about 17-18 is easy shorts weather, can do T shirts down to 10C.

Once I start wearing shorts outside work, usually in April or early May, I find it hard to break the habit. The trousers stay in till usually October. 2012 was really trying here with a week hitting 20C in late March, bringing the shorts out, then woke up to a covering of snow one day in early April, then save a brief warm spell in May it didn't stop raining till August.

above 27c it gets really hot. If I can't wear shorts I usually switch to beige chino-type pants from may to september if the highs are around 25c and more.

For me, it was 115° on a couple days in June 2008, while working construction, in which long pants are mandatory.

96 degrees back when I was in high school. I don't remember being very hot for some reason, but I'd never do that again.

Ever since I made this comment I hardly ever wear jeans at all. I wear t-shirt and basketball shorts everywhere. Much more comfortable and happy that way.
