Don't live in Houston, but when my balls sweat they sweat. All you can do is just deal with it. My girlfriend from Oregon came down here to Texas in July and bout had a heat stroke. She was not ready for it

There are no limits. I wear jeans and/or pants, no matter how hot it is. I don't even wear shorts and the likes.

^^^ No limits either. I wear pants/jeans, dresses/skirts with sheers on a daily basis regardless how hot it is. Professional attire is required where I work, and I am used to it.

Oh, totally forgot, I never wear jeans, not the normal blue ones anyway. They were long trousers of some sort.
