I wear shorts from may to end of september even my cool climate,
in Phoenix I'd be wearing jeans only in winter.

Once the temp goes above 75 during the day and no lower than 50's at night, the jeans are put away. I wear shorts from May until October here.

Hmm... 20C maybe?

I'd be insane not to wear shorts if its warmer than that especially with no AC indoors afterwards.
