The only place in the lower 48 states to never record a frost. How do you rate it? I give it a solid A Only downside is that it is very vulnerable to hurricanes.

A.
Wonderful! Apart rainfall and risk of hurricanes, it's optimal.

The average high/low in January is 74.8/64.4F. Also has 64 days with a min temp of 80F or above. Very warm summer nights. Very nice winter temps, but summer is too warm for me.

D+. Comfortable weather for about half of the year, but not enough variety and no winter. Summertime downpours make it somewhat interesting. The total yearly average rainfall is lower than what I thought it would be.
