Excellent April weather. Low of 33F (0.5C) this morning. Right now it's 39F/4C and very sunny. Quite chilly even in the house. Yesterday felt cool even though it was very sunny. Very dry for here, too... at one point yesterday afternoon the temperature was 57F (14c) and the dew point 29F (-2C).

Last time NYC hit 70 was December 22.
Before that was November 1st.
Before that was October 17th.

Maybe a chance at it in 2 days ( Tuesday )

It is looking increasingly likely that I will see some snow and very very cold weather for the 17th April.

It looks cold enough now for lying snow. It would be nice to see.

Upper 50's today. Finally some seasonal temps

Wow CFSv2 doing a complete 180 on a cold April. At least the second half of the month now looks quite mild

42°F here. Dewpoint of 18°F. 11:30am. Feels Chilly out there for this time of year.

Sun is same angle as early September and we're only in the low 40s around lunchtime.

Rock a bye baby on the Sleepy Sun, when you stop spitting the Ice Age will come.

^^

That's cool!

No ice left on Lake Michigan.... Well not down here at the southern end anyway. Far north there is still some ice. Total ice coverage is now about 30%
