For a minute I thought that was the 30 year averages. Whoa.

The winter that year in Windsor was slightly below what our average winter should be. Summer temps are close to our averages as well. It is like a slightly cooler version of what is average around here. I'd say C overall. Winter too cold, but I like the summer a lot (except for the cool September).

March was very mild there. Is that much above average?

A. Good 4-season climate, with real summers. We don't have such genuine summers in Saskatoon - it can get cold any time of the year.

I give it an A

That was an amazingly warm year! Such an early spring, plants were leafing out a month to 6 weeks earlier than normal, which lead to many fruit trees to lose their blossoms and fruit when in early April it dropped below freezing. No apples that year! Very hot and humid summer as well. I like our climate, but I wish it was closer to this year for normals. Maybe in 20 years, lol.
