Rate this year round very hot and extremely dry climate.... Most will hate it but I'm curious to see what the fans of dry heat and constant sunshine would think. (I couldn't upload the image to my account due to technical issues so I had to upload it to another website). My guess is most will rate it an F or a Z but L.A-Mex and daneb78 (and possibly a few others) will like it.

I would give it a D. Most of the months are tolerable, but the hottest months would be too hot to enjoy and the lack of rain would make it hard to enjoy nature.

It's totally livable w AC and irrigation- like Phoenix from May through October without the monsoons. I'd only go out at night in summer. That's why I give it an F and not a Z. Constant dry heat, lack of rain and constant sunshine would be annoying but not as deadly as Vostok in winter. All buildings would need covered garages to keep cars from overheating during the day would be the only modification besides AC and irrigation. In Vostok, its too cold to even land a plane in winter, forget about starting any vehicle!

This is way too hot for me. "Winter" should be summer. Also, can't believe I am saying this, but it is also too dry. No rainfall (and definitely no snow ) at all for the entire year. Z.

E+

Okay, I prefer dry heat but that place is way too hot all year round. No relief. At least it's always sunny and dry though.

Would you pick this climate over Miami (due to cold snaps and hurricane threats)? How about over Singapore just for more sunshine?

I would pick both Singapore and Miami over this climate but not by a lot...what really lowers the grade on this climate are the summers.. if the summers were reduced by about 15-20F overall, then I would choose it easily over Singapore and Miami.
