Seward; Côte-Nord stays too chilly for too long due possibly to the Labrador Current. Both have nearly the same precip days, but Seward at least gets a slight break during summer. Sept-Îles' snow is also a bit excessive and "river-effect" snow early season may be frightening. Better scenery in this part of AK as well, as I have visited this harbour; despite being sandwiched between the mountains and Gulf of Alaska it did not feel that cramped, just a bit chilly as I was coming from a warmer-than-average August in DC

I have to go with "set'il". Both are horrible, but Sept-Isles has even something reminding of a summer. The 9 cm of snow in May makes me sick, though.

Sept-ÃŽles because somewhat warmer summers, it's dankish in Seward.

Sept-Iles. Colder, snowier winters. Better summers but still without real heat.

Sept-Iles. Winters in Seward have too much rain and thaw.

Sept-Iles is subject to occasional surges of heat and humidity from the south, Seward won't. I'll pick Sept-Iles any day.
